Nevertheless it might happen that something is not the way it should be. In that case you should contact us and we will make arrangements to sort things out. In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with one of our products, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping:
In case you are not satisfied about the product you bought you will have to return it to us, so we can investigate the problem
To return your product, please email info@boufcosmetics.com and include your invoice/order number and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be included in your refund.
